Probiotics? What does that mean? Do I need it?

Lately news has been spreading about Probiotics!

To some of you, you may already be aware of probiotics. For others, you may have no clue. As for me, I have heard about them but I didn't really know too much about them.

So, what do you do when you don't know much about something? Find out about it from people who actually know what they are taking about and have succeeded with it. (This is great advice to take on any subject that you may not be to sure about!)

So I did my research:

Probiotics are actually a supplemental form of "good" bacteria that are found in the stomach of our bodies.
