How Can You Create Action & Movement in Your Wellness Business?

This past weekend I spent it at a wellness training.  It was one of the best that I have been to.  I was fortunate to attend at the last minute.

When I got there, we set our intentions for that day.  My intention was to see this information through new eyes and to receive it in a way that would spark action and movement into my current wellness business.

Throughout the weekend, my intentions were met!  I want to share with you some great insight that I received and saw through new eyes in hopes that this will spark something for you and your business or get you moving in the direction of creating your own healthy business.

Here are some tips to create action and movement in your wellness business:

  • Create a target market - No matter what business you are in, even if your product can help everyone, you need to narrow it down.  You might be thinking, why?  This will cut out so many people!  Not true - When you can get so clear on who you want to work with, that will drive those people specifically to you!  You will be speaking their language and they will be the ones to hear your message!    Otherwise, you will be spending a lot of time trying to find the right people for your product!

  • Decide what your end goal is for your clients or new associates - If it is to just make money for yourself, they will know that (You are giving off an energetic vibration that says just that!)  Tim Sales says it best, no matter what business you are in, "You are in business to make someone else life better!"  For myself, my business goal is determine how I can help my clients achieve the best possible health.  I want them to be able to create True Wellness for themselves!  When you go into a consultation or seminar with that intention to make their lives healthier - they can feel, sense or just know that is your energy and will respond to that higher energy vibration!

  • Become an expert and love what you do - Dust off your old hobbies and activities that you love to do that maybe you pushed in the closet when you started your wellness business or became to occupied by work!  That's right, when you start to get back into the things that you love to do, you raise your energy vibration!  It attracts others who want to raise or be at that vibration too!  This is a great way to connect with people who have the same interest as you so you can have some great things to talk about!
These are just a few tidbits that I wanted to share with you!  I felt they were so important and needed to really help you (and myself) take some inspired action and movement within our business!
